Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or website. By scheduling service, submitting a contact form, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Dunn Environmental Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional pest control, lawn care, and mosquito misting system services in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. All services are performed by or under the supervision of a Florida-licensed Certified Operator in Charge holding Florida Pest Control License #JF147137.

Services are performed as described in your service proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed service window. If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations without notice may result in a cancellation fee or discontinuation of service.

3. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our technicians to perform the agreed services. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any known hazards are disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from restricted access.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and online payment via PayPal. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts past due by 30 days may be subject to a late fee and suspension of service.

For prepaid service agreements, fees are non-refundable once service has commenced, except as required by applicable law.

5. Service Guarantee

Where a service guarantee is stated in your proposal or service agreement, we will return to re-treat covered pest activity within the stated period at no additional charge, provided you notify us promptly and the activity is within the scope of the original treatment. The guarantee does not apply to new infestations, structural conditions that prevent effective treatment, or pest activity resulting from changes to the property after service.

6. Pesticide Application Disclosure

All pesticide applications are performed using EPA-registered products applied in accordance with their label directions and Florida law. You have the right to request the name and EPA registration number of any pesticide applied to your property. Records of all applications are maintained as required by Florida Administrative Code Rule 5E-14.

Please inform us of any known allergies, sensitivities, pregnant household members, infants, or pets prior to service so we can select appropriate products and application methods.

7. Treatment Limitations

General pest control services cover common crawling and flying insects as specified in your service agreement. Services do not include treatment for subterranean termites, drywood termites, rodent exclusion or trapping, bed bugs, or other specialty pest services unless separately quoted and agreed upon in writing.

Results may vary depending on sanitation practices, structural conditions, the severity of infestation, and environmental factors. Pest control is an ongoing process and a single treatment may not eliminate all activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the cost of the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to property caused by pest activity that occurs after treatment.

We carry general liability insurance. Upon request, a Certificate of Insurance will be provided.

9. Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Dunn Environmental Services regarding your scheduled service, appointment reminders, and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on our site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
