Dunn Environmental Services LLC provides pest control, lawn care, mosquito-related services, and specialty services for residential and commercial properties. The scope, price, warranty or guarantee, service frequency, exclusions, and property-specific requirements for paid work are governed by the applicable quote, proposal, agreement, invoice, or service document.
2. Appointments and property access
Appointments are subject to availability, weather, site conditions, and access. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to areas needed for the agreed work, securing pets when requested, and disclosing known hazards or conditions that may affect service.
3. Payment
Payment timing and accepted payment methods are stated on the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement. Online payment pages are convenience interfaces; the payment processor and Dunn Environmental Services business records determine whether a transaction was actually completed and how it is applied.
4. Service limitations
Pest activity can be affected by sanitation, structural conditions, neighboring properties, weather, environmental conditions, and new pest entry. Specialty services such as termites, rodents, bed bugs, wildlife, or exclusion work are not automatically included in general pest control unless they are specifically listed in the service scope.
5. Pesticides and property conditions
When pesticides are used, applications are performed in accordance with applicable product labeling and legal requirements. Customers should tell us about relevant property conditions, sensitivities, pets, restricted areas, or other concerns before service so appropriate instructions can be discussed.
6. Guarantees
Any service guarantee or retreatment obligation applies only when it is expressly stated in the applicable proposal, agreement, or service document and remains subject to the scope and conditions described there.
7. SMS terms
SMS consent is optional, separate, and not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing service. If you affirmatively opt in, Dunn Environmental Services may send messages related to the specific messaging program described at the point of consent. Message frequency varies.
